Propellent is a leading producer of new replacement plates and gaskets for all brands and models of plate heat exchangers. At our pressing facility in Tianjin and gasket facility in Anhui, Propellent manufactures and stocks OEM quality specified plates and gaskets for Alfa Laval, Tranter, GEA(Kelvion), APV(SPX), Sondex, Mueller, Schmidt-Bretten (API), Vicarb, Funke, Hisaka. Plate materials are Stainless Steel (SS304, SS316), Hastelloy, Nickel, SMO254, and Titanium.  For your gasket requirements, Propellent carries over 20,000 gaskets in NBR, NBR-HT, HNBR, EPDM, EPDM-HT and Viton®.  Sanitary variations of NBR and EPDM are available.  

Propellent has also developed its own Propellent-branded Heat Exchangers that directly complete with original manufacturer.  Propellent-branded line heat exchange equipment includes brazed, welded plate heat exchanger, and air handling system.
